BLOG CANDY!!!

Ok Stampers...This is the moment you've been waiting for!

It's time for BLOG CANDY!! For new readers...Blog Candy is just a little something to thank you for visiting my blog and showing interest in what I do. This is the first blog candy I've given, and hope to give much more based on hitting a milestone, (like having so many hits on my blog) or hitting a desired number of comments...or maybe just if I feel exceptionally generous.

Since it's time for a celebration...I have reached 100 hits, AND it's a brand new year, I'm giving away a New, Unmounted stamp set called "Celebrate Everything". All you have to do is leave a comment on THIS POST telling me what you would like to see featured on my blog. It might be cards, scrapbook pages, tutorials, recipes, or whatever else you can come up with.

You have until Tuesday, January 6 at 5:00 to leave your comment. Each comment will receive a number. I'll have random.org generate a number and the comment that number matches up to will win. Good Luck!

~Beth

Make sure you post your name with your comment if you are annonymous. I wont know who the winner is without a name.

Well....for starters, I would like to see pictures of ME! I mean, what a better way to get people to come to view your blog than to post pictures of beautiful people! :) OH, and well, I will step off my very humble pedestal and think of some other things. Let's see....ummm, how about posting things you can cook or sew, too. I know, I love to quilt, so show me how I can make something with stamps on fabric to quilt. Like that idea????

Emmie wanted me to leave a comment for her, too. She said, "Aunt Beth, that is a boring color on your blog. You need to do patterns. And mail me my fur pet. Love you, Emmie."

Ok maybe a picture of Melissa might ok but I think a picture of that cutie Emmie would be better.  Sorry Melissa...How about a scrap book page for your Christmas photos?  I might even try that one???  OR maybe a Box or something like that to hold Christmas cards.  Just a thought.  Hope your New Year is off to a great start.  Kathy

Well....o.k...a picture of Emmie works for me, too! And you have to have a blogger account to log on to this. Do you have one? I used to keep up with a blog regularly, that is why I can log on. Does that help at all? Ya know, the more we talk on her, the greater our chances of winning! HA!

Well Deffy, I have to agree with Emmie, color upgrade, lol. And Kathy, I'm with ya girl on this not knowing what to do here, lol. So we'll see what happens, may not know who I am either. I might be anonymous. I would like to have more information on newspaper articles as most of you know I am a scrapbook person so I'm looking for ways to put all those newspaper articles of my children that I cut out of EVERY paper, lol, into my scrapbook before they ALL turn yellow. I believe I have investigated this in the past to no avail, so whatcha got Deffy?

I would like to see some new ideas for sympathy cards. I am at a loss on those and have had a real need for them lately.

Ok, who sits next to me on the short bus.  There is so many  of you that do???????????  I like the idea of the sympathy cards as we all need them from time to time.  I would like to see some NEW Valentines cards.  Nothing to hard or over the top just a nice little card to tell someone that you are thinking of them and that you love them.  I need to start on them now as you all know how long it takes me to get anything done.  Remember my Christmas cards?  That took forever and I was still not  happy with them. Did anyone else in Stamp Club make cards?  I wouldn't know as I only got them from Judy and Beth.  Yes I am talking about you DeDe.  But not to worry I still love ya. Kathy

Hi Beth, congratulations on your 100 hits. I would like to see a weekly challenge on your blog, where you set us a task such as using a particular colour or material in our cards, or to make a card using something you recently bought.

I think it would be fun to do the tea and crystal light pockets. It would be a quick easy and cute little gift for coworkers or friends, And yes Kathy, I would even make you one. lol

I would really like to do the stamping on bags and things like that. That would be really cute for Valentines gifts for just for someone who is turning 40 really soon. We could do white craft on a black bag. I think that would be a extra special gift for someone who is turning 40 very soon. Gotta Love Me I do ride the short bus ya know.KR

When I get a new stamp set, its because I have seen something done with it that I really like. I would like to see how many different ways you could use the same stamp set. More bang for my buck you might say. DeDe
